Hexagon Investment Fund Society S.A. (Hexagon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.) ("HEXAGON TFI") is an
investment fund society specializing in alternative asset management. HEXAGON TFI's activity is regulated by
the Law on Investment Funds dated May 27, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 146, item. 1546 as amended) and supervised
by the Financial Supervision Commission (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) (permit for commencing activity received
in October 2006).
HEXAGON TFI has been founded by the managers from HEXAGON CAPITAL group experienced in alternative asset management.
HEXAGON TFI's activity includes:
- Establishment of investment funds,
- Investment fund management,
- Securities portfolio management,
- Intermediation in selling and buying investment fund participation units created by other investment fund societies or participation titles in foreign funds, and
- Representation of foreign funds.
Our
managing team is currently composed of the Management Board of HEXAGON TFI to be supported by the advisors
from HEXAGON CAPITAL group. The managing team has extensive experience in diverse business areas, as well as in the
fields most crucial for HEXAGON TFI , namely: private company investments, financial engineering, restructuring and
value increase through operational and strategic changes in businesses. Our expertise allows us to complete transactions
aimed at value creation which cannot be successfully undertaken by most of other entities operating in Poland due to a
lack of specialist experience and managerial resources or investment limits.
HEXAGON TFI's mission is to invest on the basis of detailed investment analyses conducted by the managing team focused
on all major potential investment value-enhancement aspects. Such an approach entails a in-depth understanding of the
business and fundamental value of given companies and assets by the managing team. That practically eliminates purely
speculative investments.
A non-public asset investment fund MERITUM FIZ
MERITUM FIZ is the first registered fund managed by HEXAGON TFI.
MERITUM FIZ as a non-public asset fund invests mainly in shares of private companies, debt, bonds and other securities
not admitted to public trading.
MERITUM FIZ offer is addressed to small groups of institutional investors or individuals possessing substantial financial
means and interested in investing a part of their portfolio in alternative assets. It also includes establishment of
sub-funds dedicated to particular investors investing in non-public assets or companies.
